Damage projectile speed and blast radius decrease the longer the rocket is in the air
At point blank the rocket has 200% of all it's attributes slowly decreasing until at a little longer than long range it has none and it falls
-20% damage
Explodes into flaming gasoline the amount depending on how long it was in the air
Cannot be refilled by dispensers
Design: a self made looking rocket launcher mostly made from PVC and abs pipe the projectiles are wonky shaped and made out of pipe as well
