The decomposer

The decomposer 

Alt fire decomposes bodies your looking at this takes 1 second and they give you 50 ammo

The particles have gravity

200% longer particle lifetime

15% milder afterburn 

Being hit by the particles makes your mouse move sporadically and gives you nausea for 5 seconds

Decomposing a body makes you marked for death for the person you decomposed for their whole next life

Design: a post apocalyptic flamethrower made of mismatched spare parts. in several places are grates that have a yellow green rotting glow coming from them

Über charge lets you fall into negative health when the uber charge ends and you're in negative health you die

All damage done to you in the uber charge is distributed between who and whatever hurt you

Design: a medi gun with the barrel made out of glass with rings of bolts going around it inside is a purple glow leaning towards the color of the team your on

After 150 damage done the charge bar is full

Alt fire activates charge this charge reloads your gun and makes you go twice as fast as a demomans but is the same distance. You have the bonk effect for the duration of the charge. If you run into someone during the charge they take 40 damage, and you don't act like you hit them, and they're thrown off to the side

Design: a large scattergun like the force a nature but the barrels are above each other and are much wider

Launches a hook attached to a string that latches onto whatever it hits doing 20 damage and slowly pulling you there. Projectile moves at 20 feet per second alt fire unlatches it bringing back the projectile it moves back towards you at the same speed it was launched  once it gets back to you you can fire it again

Crafting: loose cannon + gunslinger + 3 scrap metal

Why: one of my favorite things to do in tf2 is to surprise snipers with triple jump and winger giving me about 4 jumps in total allowing me to pop right in windows with the force a nature. this set however would make you by far the most mobile class in the game and would be perfect for surprise attacks  giving you a total of 8 and a half jumps and 210% speed if you stay in the air. I also think item set bonuses should be brought back

Design: a small golden harp

A hat and a misc would be part of the set the hat looking like a halo and the midi looking like wings

While equipped makes your move speed increase by 30% every second in midair up to 200% of normal scout move speed

Design: A modified force-a-nature with larger shorter barrels a longer hilt  at the base of the barrels is a wing decal on each side in gold

Custom death animations

New death animation slot

Would be a load out slot where you could put various items that activate upon death these items would have unlimited uses and would be relatively rare. There would we settings added in to change whether you could see these effects or not. In the loadout below the slot would be a bar that can be set anywhere from 0-5 seconds this decides how long till after death this takes effect

Death animations could be used in crafting and would be bound to weapons making everyone you kill with it have a certain animation

Effects

Ka-Ching: the user bursts into coins upon death

Combust: the user burns violently for a few seconds then turns black and disintegrates 

Melt: the user melts into a puddle

Decay: the user rots for a few seconds degrading and then turns into a skeleton

Explode: the user explodes

Confetti: the user bursts into confetti 

Ash: the user turns into a pile of ash

Bling: the user turns into a gold statue

Murder of crows: user bursts into crows upon death

Locust: user bursts into locusts on death 

Shatter: user shatters upon death 

Petrify: the user turns into a stone statue

You take a medics übercharge and use it immediately upon backstabbing one the time of the uber charge depends on the percentage

If you backstab an engineer you disable all his buildings until they're repaired 

50% swing speed

I couldn't come up with an idea for the name or design if you have an idea post it in the comments

Upgrades by 5 per hit upgrades buildings 500% faster only uses 3 metal per hit

Hits on buildings do a custom screwing animation

The 4th law

4th law 

Full charge has 2 second stun time and 5 seconds of fire small explosion and very high knockback for both of you 

All of these attributes decrease as the charge gets lower

The base time to charge it is half a second

Projectile is twice the speed of a huntsman's

The Fahrenheater

The Fahrenheater 

Level 70 hair dryer

Enemy's hit will have a heat bar appear the heat bar takes 3 seconds to get to full if the heat bar goes up you take 3 damage which goes to 15 damage at full 

If the heat bar is more than 1/3 full they will start taking damage at 2 per second up to 8 per second at full 

Heat naturally goes down at 2 per second the heat bar has 100 units being in water makes it go down at 5 per second 

Design: a large barrel with many heat vents and gauges. inside there are many red hot coils and at the back is a fan that spins when firing. there are also many wires connected to the outside of the barrel. The particles look similar to a phlogistonators but linger for a few seconds

Baseball mitt- when a projectile is within melee range you can use primary fire to catch it. Using primary fire again will throw it if you throw it immediately it crits but the damage degrades over time and within two seconds it will only do normal damage

Does a constant beam with pierce 

Has a charge bar which has 5 seconds of firing stored

Does no damage to sentries

Alt fire will charge the shot doing crits for 3 seconds stunning and disabling sentries 

Beam reduces health by 7 per second and is 100% accurate

Beam reduces rage uber charge and mmmph bars by 5% per second and reduces bison bars by 1 per second

Each particle reduces player move speed by 1% for 10 seconds this includes turning speed

-25% range

Reduces enemy rage by 1% per particle 

On kill enemies turn into piles of gray ash

Has 300% particle speed and thus 300% range 

After 25 particles make contact with an enemy the charge bar is full

The charge is the same length as a demoknights but unlike it it has no crits at the end, but if you aim up before starting the charge you will perform a jump about 3 times your height. You can chance weapons in the middle of the charge  but it may only be started with the igniter 

Design: a modified smaller flame thrower with good grips. The nose cone is pronged and elaborate with two pilot lights the go right along the barrel it has a phlogistonator sized fuel tank
