Crafting vaccinator+ phlogistonator
Design:a vaccinator like primary for medic. attack is a constant beam of lightening. the front looks like a phlogistonator but with the edges of the prongs going flat then bending in then in, and five of them with bands going in circles around them. has two minigun handles but is fairly small with lots of gauges
